With proper aftercare, eyelash extensions typically last three to four weeks before you'll need an infill. Your natural lashes shed every 60–90 days as part of their natural growth cycle, which means your extensions gradually shed with them.

We recommend infill appointments every two to three weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh. Leaving them longer than four weeks usually means a new full set is needed rather than an infill.
